Returns
We want you to love your Resort Archives pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30 day return window, meaning you have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- with tags attached
- returned in original packaging
Because we understand needing to try on swimwear, trying on your pieces is absolutely okay. However, all hygienic liners on bikini bottoms and one pieces must remain fully intact for a return to be accepted.
To start a return, the best way to reach us is by DMing us on Instagram at @resortarchives. You can also fill out the contact form on our website or email us at hello@resortarchives.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back.
Exchanges
Finding the perfect fit can take a try or two, and we completely understand that. That’s why exchanges are always on us.
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, please reach out through Instagram DM, our contact form, or email hello@resortarchives.com and we’ll get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
For orders placed with multiple sizes, we’ll automatically include a complimentary return label and polymailer in your package so you can easily send back the size that didn’t work.
Damages & Issues
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if anything about your order feels off, please contact us right away so we can make it right. We truly want you to feel amazing in your pieces and have the best possible experience with Resort Archives.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you as soon as your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will automatically be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
